DANGERS OF TATTOOS TO THE BODY
Tattoos, piercing and other forms of body art
have been in existence for centuries. Research shows that early man
used them for various reasons including beauty, identity, courage sign
and punishment.
Conversely, h Japanese used tattoos as a
form of punishment. A convicted criminal was for instance given a marks
or marks on the forehead depending on the number of convictions.
But today, people use it as a form of
fashion. By the time you are out of a tattoo parlour, you will end up
with a beautiful body art that will last a lifetime.
Note: if you need a tattoo badly, then you need this warning badly too.
* Tattoo can cause skin problems-granulomas i.e. the red bumps caused by inflammation.
* Tattoo can cause Keloid scars, and they can
provoke allergic reactions, making your skin itch and break out. Mind
you, these allergic reactions can occur with no warning, years after you
get your tattoo.
* Tattoo can cause a stir at the doctor's
office. Don't tattoo over a pigmented spot on the skin. Why? It's harder
detecting if it is a cancerous growth
* Tattoo can put you in danger of getting
diseases such as AIDS, Tetanus, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C (although
you can reduce the risk by selecting a good tattoo parlour )
